We aim to confirm bookings within a few hours of receiving them. Confirmation will be sent to you by email, so please prove an email address you check regularly.

When the booking process is complete, you will receive the confirmation of the service by email or sms along with all the information related to your transfer. The confirmation voucher will also indicate our 24/7 hour helpline number to assist you in case of any issues.

• The wanted destination is not in our offer?
  Please send an inquiry and we will send you our offer in the shortest time.
• Worried about changes in flight schedules?
  We will track your flight’s progress and send your driver at the new expected time of arrival, should your flight be early or delayed. The driver will monitor the arrival time of your flight  and wait for you at the right time.
• Worried you won’t be able to find the driver?
  For a small additional fee, our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals with a sign with your name. Please request when ordering the transfer.
